UNIVERSITY STATUTES.

  Nature of the University: It is an Institution of 100% Virtual Higher University Education, with a social and legal name duly established in the State of Florida as a Private, Christian, and Non-political Limited Liability Company. Conceived as a University with a Non-Public Postsecondary Educational Institution License, Chapter 1005, Part II, of Title XLIX Early Learning-20 Education Code, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations of the State of Florida, United States. Authorized and Evaluated under the administration of the Managing Partners in the regular annual session of the Florida Department of Education commission, dated January 27, 2020, since then it will receive an annual letter of authorization and evaluation indicating that the institution has met the requirements of state law, establishing a period of validity for its proper functioning.
